Compared with the traditional C41 series pneumatic forging hammers, the special pneumatic forging hammer for steel balls has the following technical features:
The wall thickness of the pneumatic forging hammer is thickened, which enhances the structural strength of the machine body.
The length of the lead wire of the pneumatic forging hammer barrel and hammer rod is lengthened to improve the guiding performance; the outer diameter of the lead wire is increased to enhance the connection stability between the lead wire and the machine body.
During the process of forging steel balls, the hammer rod can rotate freely in the working cylinder according to the force of the forging die, reducing the impact of the reaction force on the hammer rod and the machine body during forging steel balls, and increasing the service life of the pneumatic forging hammer.
A red circle is added to the lower part of the air hammer barrel to apply prestress to the machine body to ensure the stability of the machine body and the wire during the forging of steel balls.
The leakage guide ring of the pneumatic hammer forging rod is changed to a four-arc structure to improve the sealing performance.
