A Forging Manipulator refers to an auxiliary machine in forging production. It is used to clamp one end of the ingot or blank during free forging so that the ingot or blank can be turned, fed, and moved up and down.

It is mainly used for clamping shaft forgings and blanks with free forging hammer or free forging press, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and forging quality, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and realize the mechanization of forging production.

The Forging Manipulator is designed for a Korean large open-die forging factory that bought one set of 4000-ton hydraulic forging press from our company, and it cooperates with the forging press to achieve automatic ganging.

The main mechanisms of the forging manipulator are the cart traveling mechanism, clamp frame side shifting, swing mechanism, lifting mechanism, rotating mechanism, and clamping mechanism.
